"The long range plan for the next expansion is to put a deck over the east side bringing capacity to 55k or so and adding more private boxes." Thanks to <

Stadium expansion questions
reply: After adding an upper deck on the east side, expensive in and of itself, it will get even more expensive per seat. ÑWest Side upper deck seats would have to be much higher due to the boxes. ÑSeats over the facilities building would require a long clear span (expensive if not impossible) or major modifications to the building. ÑIn addition, the pitch of these north end zone seats would have to be very steep to allow full view of the north end zone itself. ÑBottom line, the other seats would probably have to be full almost all the time, with more unfulfilled demand, to warrant additional expansion beyond an east side upper deck - and we're not even close to needing that yet. Ñ
However, I see a day coming, this decade, where the east side upper deck expansion will be needed and feasible. ÑA Grapevine poll shows an average prediction of 45,000+ as Marshall's average attendance in 2009! ÑJust a dream? ÑI think not!

If we did add a deck on the east side of the stadium, would the boxes be placed under them and would they match the box on the west side? ÑAlso, is it a possibility to add more seats to the west end?
