Rumor: July 23, 2004 - Mr. Morris. If
Stan Hill goes down again this year, you can take it to the bank
that Bernard Morris will take over. One other thing, this will
be Marshall's best team ever. Thanks to Anonymous for this rumor. Reply

MU Memory: July 23, 2004 - Best
MU Memory. My favorite memory took place in December 1997
during the first MAC Championship Game. Randy Moss scored the
last touchdown to seal the victory.
The game was memorable for three reasons; (1) it was my last game as a student,
(2) it was pouring down snow and the atomsphere was electric, and (3) it was
Randy Moss' last game in Marshall Stadium.
The goal post was brought down and students rushed the field to carry it away.
My friends and I carried a large chunk of the goal post across the street the
West Virginia Steel, where a welder cut the post into pieces. Thanks to Lance
for this MU Memory. Reply

Rumor: July 23, 2004 - New Helmets
for MU. I've
heard that the Football team will be wearing helmets with the
new logo on it this year. (the buffalo head above the "M")
Does anyone know if this is true? I really hope not, I hate that
new logo and I think now that people across the country have
finally started recognizing who we are when they see us, we should
keep the traditional look. Thanks to TouchdownMarshall for this
rumor. Reply

Opinion: July 23, 2004 - 9/17
2005 game...... maybe Michigan. Marshall only has 5 home
games this year, and it all ready has a home OOC game in 2005.
Michigan is looking for a big-name mid-major to complete its
schedule (we've had Houston, Utah, Bowling Green, and Miami OH
recent years and San Diego State next year), and Marshall seems
like a pretty logical choice. Don't you think?? Thanks to MichiFan87@yahoo.com for
this opinion. Reply
